OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
IMPLEMENTATION OF VOTING PRECINCT BOUNDARY CHANGES. --With respect to counties having a population of 250,000 or less according to the United States Decennial Census of 1970 or any such future census, it is the superintendent who implements the voting precinct boundary changes set forth in O.C.G.A. § 21-2-260 et seq., notwithstanding any local Act establishing the governing authority as the entity implementing such changes. 1983 Op.
